Tools

Five working tools. No signup, no email gate.

You do not give us an address, you do not create an account, and we do not put a form in front of the result. They are free because they are useful, and because a tool behind a form cannot be linked to.

Assurance readiness diagnostic

Twelve pages of questions about how your disclosure is produced, scored against the 33 disclosure paragraphs of IFRS S2. It returns a report showing where your evidence position is strong, where it is thin, and what document would close each gap.

Who it is for. A Group Financial Controller or sustainability lead heading into a first cycle, or anyone who has been asked to say how ready the organisation is and wants a defensible answer, not an impression.

Reporting deadline checker

Select your jurisdiction and entity profile and it returns the cohort you fall into, the first mandatory reporting period, and when assurance begins if it has been set. Built from the same primary sources as our adoption tracker.

Who it is for. Anyone who needs to know whether they are caught this year or in two years, and who has found that the answer depends on which cohort a regulator put them in.

Append-only log test

A live demonstration tenant with a real activity log. Press a button and the page sends a genuine UPDATE, DELETE or INSERT against that log using our own service credentials. The database refuses, and the raw response, including the SQLSTATE, is printed on the page. Your attempt is then appended to the log as a new row.

Who it is for. Anyone evaluating whether an audit-trail claim is real. Also useful to show a practitioner what an append-only record behaves like under attack.

Scope 2 method selector

Four questions on what you report under, which contractual instruments you hold and whether you can evidence them. It returns whether location-based, market-based or both apply, what has to sit alongside the figure, the evidence an assurance provider will ask for, and the methodology decision record to keep.

Who it is for. Whoever owns the emissions methodology, and anyone who has been told IFRS S2 offers a choice between the two methods. It does not, and the tool starts by explaining why.

Target disclosure checker

Tick what you can evidence for one climate target. It scores you only against the elements that actually apply: paragraph 36 is skipped for non-emissions targets, and the gross-target and carbon-credit requirements appear only when they bite : then names every gap with the document that closes it.

Who it is for. Anyone preparing the target section, or reviewing a target that was announced publicly before anyone checked what the standard asks for.

For anyone writing a resource page

Link to these directly.

If you maintain a guide, a course reading list or an internal wiki and one of these is useful, take it. No permission needed and no attribution required. Suggested anchor text and the canonical URL for each, so you do not have to write one.

All five work without JavaScript frameworks, load on a phone, and have no tracking beyond aggregate page analytics.

Reference material, same terms.

Sourced tables, a glossary and five ungated templates sit alongside these tools.
