Disclosure controls for IFRS S2

Climate figures your auditor can trace.

Every disclosed number keeps the document it came from, who approved it, and a record that cannot be edited afterwards.

What it is

Three things, done properly.

Software for the disclosure controls behind an IFRS S2 report. Not a carbon calculator, and not a document store.

Structure the disclosure

The standard's 33 disclosure paragraphs arrive as the structure of the cycle, so nothing is missed by omission.

Attach the evidence

Each figure carries the document it came from, hashed on upload, with the person and the moment recorded.

Export what the assurer asks for

One archive containing the disclosures, the activity log, the evidence files and a checksum manifest.

Live, against our production database

Try to edit a record that has been approved.

The button below sends a real UPDATE to the table these rows live in. The database refuses it and prints what it returned.

Four rows from the demo tenant. The attempt you send is appended to the same table and stays there.

How it works

Four steps, in the order the work happens.

Pick the reporting instrument and period. The 33 disclosures are created for you.

Upload the invoice, meter read or workbook behind each figure. It is hashed on arrival.

Preparer, reviewer and approver are recorded against a specific version of a figure.

One archive: disclosures, the full activity log, every evidence file, and a manifest.

Why us

Six things that are true of this and not of a spreadsheet.

Built to the standard, not adapted to it

The 33 IFRS S2 disclosure paragraphs are the data model itself, not a template dropped on top of a generic tool.

A record an assurer can test

Approvals, versions and change history are first-class records, each tied to a named person and a moment.

Append-only by construction

UPDATE and DELETE are revoked at database level, including from our own service key. You can test that yourself.

Your spreadsheet still works

Import a workbook, keep working in it, export it back. Every change made on the way through is logged.

Evidence with provenance

Every figure links to the source document it came from, hashed with SHA-256 when it was uploaded.

Priced and published openly

Both tiers and what each includes are on the pricing page. There is no demo gate in front of the number. Four pages set out what to check before booking anything: evaluating Auditably.

The third one is the only claim here you do not have to take on trust. Test it yourself →

The evidence chain

From the invoice to the published figure.

A disclosed number is only as good as the path back to where it came from. Each step in that path is a record: the file, its hash, the calculation, the version, the approval.

A year later, when an assurance provider asks how you arrived at a figure, the answer is a query, not an archaeology project across three inboxes.

Where the guarantee stops

A database owner can still do anything to a database, ours included. What this removes is a class of quiet change, not the operator from your threat model. The trust page sets out the boundary in full.
